This position is responsible for the installation and removal of furniture, plants/flowers and props for special events, including driving Engledow vehicles to and from, loading and unloading events items from a truck, warehouse inventory control, clean up, organizing and other tasks as needed.  


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Install and remove items, plants/flowers and props within a team for special events
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Organizing and cleaning of warehouse
  •  Deliver the full scope of customer service to our clients, providing client with a positive and successful, customized event.
  •  Maintain the assigned truck/van for cleanliness and general maintenance. 
  •  Complete all work orders, timesheets and expense reports, submitting to the appropriate account manager in a timely manner.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

  

We are seeking a motivated, energetic and results oriented Account Manager to join our growing team in the rewarding landscape industry.


This key position is responsible for developing and managing Estates client relationships.  growing sales, along with ensuring operational success. Excellent communication skills with clients and team members, including working closely with Operations Manager to ensure tasks are completed timely daily and with the highest quality standards.

Deliver a high level of customer service and sales to an assigned Estates client group. Support, schedule, lead and work with your team members to accomplish work in a timely and cost-effective manner, while completing tasks in the most safe and efficient manner. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understand and execute the needs of each individual Estates client contract, along with being the first point of contact/communication for that set of assigned Estates clients.

2. Responsible for scheduling and delivering horticultural services according to Engledow quality and safety standards.

3. Lead team members through positive example of work quality, addressing issues, and maintaining efficiency.

4. Maintain steady and effective communication with customers, make recommendations for site improvements, and keep them abreast of developments on their sites.

5. Conduct regular site inspections as support for Supervisors and in order to deliver contracted services.

6. Perform contract negotiation (annually) for your assigned Estates client group.

7. Improve profitability for the organization, and manage the contract renewal process annually. 

8. Train team members and consistently lead by example.

9. Keep current with horticultural and industry knowledge

10. Manage certain human resources actions when necessary and seek HR guidance as needed.

13. Provide input and direction for departmental growth and development through participation in team and planning meetings.

14. Participation in snow removal duties during the winter months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Upsell to existing clients, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Conduct warm and cold calling to prospective clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • Annually negotiate/renew assigned commercial client contracts.
  • Track client performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Lead initiatives that improve client experience and look for ways to increase account profitability.
  • Keep up with horticulture trends along with understanding competition.
  • Provide input and direction for departmental growth and development through participation in team and      planning meetings.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned sites.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the snow and ice maintenance of Engledow clients' commercial properties. This includes working with a team to complete the necessary tasks. Position includes but is not limited to: Plowing, shoveling, blowing, salting, equipment operating. Engledow Group standardized levels of quality are to be met at each client location.

Responsibilities:

· Plow, hand shovel and salt properties at Engledow level of quality

· Understand the needs of each respective client

· Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly, safely and accurately

· Complete all necessary paperwork for payroll

· Communicate with Account Manager regarding issues at properties

· Maintain Engledow safety standards at all times

II.  SKILL:

Knowledge and skill sets required to perform acceptable work:

· Must have a strong interest and desire to work with outside in the elements

· Requires the ability to communicate well in both written and verbal formats with individuals in various management levels and of diverse backgrounds

· Must be service oriented to meet/exceed customers’ needs

· Must have the ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently

· Must be able to work in a group in an efficient and organized manner

· Must have strong physical endurance as the position is very labor intensive

III.  Additional Job Overview

· This position is on-call 24/7 and 100% dependent on snow fall or freezing/icy conditions.

· Must be able to commit to at least a minimum 80% show up rate to each event.

· The hours are unpredictable and the number of hours provided are also unpredictable and not guaranteed.

I. JOB SUMMARY:

Deliver outstanding customer service, as defined by the customer and account managers regarding chemical applications. Responsible for the application of pesticides within residential or business areas to lawns, ornamental trees and shrubs, park areas, and other recreational areas. Responsibilities may include snow removal services in the winter season.


II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Delivering chemical applications according to Engledow quality standards.

2. Contribute to and support others in establishing a positive work environment by tackling issues and maintaining honest, meaningful dialogue.

3. Maintain steady communication with Chemical Application Team.  Make recommendations for chemical applications.

4. Strive with others for the efficient utilization of resources and coordination of activities on clients' sites.

5. Keep current with new chemical regulations and OSHA standards in regard to chemicals. Follow all laws, regulations and certification requirements. 

6. Complete necessary paperwork for notification to client at time of service.

7. Complete necessary time sheet entry and tracking of materials for billing purposes.

8. Provide input and direction for departmental growth and development through participation in team and planning meetings.

9. Provide assigned winter services per the instruction of the Snow Captain and/or Winter Services Manager.
